Nivea Creme made in Germany (dupe Creme de la Mer?)

After I read that Nivea Creme is dupe Creme De La Mer, I keep hunting it! I'm so happy received all this cute Fairy Tale limited edition Nivea Creme from v2beautyshop ^,^ I really like limited edition Fairy Tale packaging and collect all 4.

I never tried Nivea Creme before, so this is my first time. I was looking for famous German version because it's Petrolatum Free. 

Nivea Creme comes in the blue tin pot and sealed with alumunium foil. Sometimes the closure manage to loose (too bad).

The cream is dense or feel thick when you rub and it won't melt if you warm up on your palm like other mid-end or high-end skincare. It's not something you would want to use on your face because it feels heavy on your skin, unless you have dry or very dry skin like me. Yes, I apply Nivea Creme on my face, I think it's good as face primer. Eyeshadows and eyeliners stay longer and It can use as primer for cream blush too.

When I take 'wudhu' at noon I never feel greasy on my face, I feel a little bit waxy instead. So I try this experiment on my hand, apply Nivea Creme - let it dry - soaked with water and voila! I saw the cream didn't dissolved with water. The water seem stands still on my hand, not absorbed or whatsoever.

Now, let's compare Nivea Creme ingredients and Creme De La Mer

Since I didn't have Creme De La Mer, I found it's ingredients here and make below comparison :

As you can see the ingredient list, Nivea Creme doesn't have active ingredients such as : Seaweed Extract, Sesame Seed Oil, etc. Creme De La Mer has many fragrance components and preservatives.

So, I still use my Nivea Creme since it moisture my dry skin.

Way I use my Nivea Creme :

Face Moisturizer

Apply thin amount of Nivea Creme on your face after serum and eye cream.

Dry and Cracked Heels

Rub Nivea Creme and light massage your feet and heels at night, put some socks and go to bed. 

Remove Make Up

I don't really like using cleansing balm. So I try use Nivea Creme as make up remover and It works!

I continue cleanse with my regular SK-II Cleanser.

Mask

Rub Nivea Creme as a mask is commonly do. I only try it once and since the effect is the same with moisturizer I did't do it again.
